I was welcomed by a terrible fried garlic smell that permeated lobby and corridors alike. It did infiltrate in my room too. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable and sank in the middle. Breakfast choice was very limited and staff never seemed to bother cleaning up the tables. Lobby staff ate their breakfast at the reception desk.

Will choose another brand Hyatt or Marriott next time. I should have known better. Food was cold, bed uncomfortable, left a day early on red eye to get some sleep.
Kitchen was very cramped, needs updateing.

Surprisingly these were very nice accommodations for the price. The suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was bright and roomy. The shower was exceptionally large. The toiletries came in handy as this was an emergency stop. They were of a good quality and brand.

Comfortable beds, hot showers, caring staff, great food, the ability to leave our car in their care, everything we could want. The hospitality staff went out of their way to ensure that we were well taken care of.

This hotel is convenient to SFO, but there are much better Hilton options south of the airport. The room was very loud, right next to Caltrain. Used the app to check in, this was the only option. When I talked to the front desk at checkout, the response was "do you want your receipt emailed or printed?"
