Albeit a little dated, the rooms were comfortable and had a lot of room. The staff were exceptional and the complimentary meals and provisions were above average. The only real issue experienced was a lack of hot water in the suite on a couple nights. Hotel is working to address this. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

We stayed Friday and Saturday and it was great! Digital key was great. We needed to print tickets off so the business center was great. Beds were super comfy and I was brought extra pillows :) Would for sure stay again here!!!!

The hotel rooms are a bit older with older furnishings and wear. Some things did not work, such as the coffee maker, ice maker, and door lock on the bathroom. Most of the staff was friendly, but the night staff was not helpful at all. The rooms are comfortable, quiet (which I greatly appreciated), and the beds great. Most is ordinary but acceptable. The price was quite low, so I was satisfied with it over all

I oversaw families and players for a weekend soccer tournament, players were age 10 and 11 girls. The room accommodations and facility was great (a little dated in style) but clean, functional. The fitness area was above average and several of us snuck in workouts around the kids schedules. I'd consider this chain for future tournaments out of town.

This hotel may have a few miles on her, BUT, for the price, location and great staff do not pass it up. The only thing preventing me from giving it a five was the age. It needs some modernization for the rooms and overall facility. It is a solid 4 leaning towards a 5. We had Great breakfasts, found the staff to extremely friendly and the hotel was clean. We had a couple of issues that the staff took care of with efficiency and politeness. We had read a lot of previous reviews of this hotel and did not have any of the issues that anyone had pointed out before. We had a fireplace suite. It is not a gas fireplace and you have to purchase the logs from the front desk. They are affordable and burn for three to four hours. Even though it was next to a highway, the noise level was minimal. Access to the hotel was easy and there are many great restaurants in the general area. From here it is easy drive to anywhere in Columbus area. Where else can you come back from dinner and enjoy a cozy fire in the fireplace. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
