Here on business company setup the hotel.
Almost 90 days at this place and was working on my 3rd room to ch age too because of bugs. Roaches to be exact.
This hotel needs a major overhaul inside and all.
The rooms are out of date and stained couch’s from the 70s the laminate floors I the kitchens is warped and falling apart
The wallpaper in the halls is coming off the walls.
Not to mention that the security locks done work so they just turn them off. You can’t lock the men’s bathroom door (regardless of how many times you tell them to fix it)
Enjoy watching the roach races on the patio and the occasional possum.
Rooms smell like moisture/Mildred
I found spiders in my bed. And a lizard made it way into my bathroom.
When you complain they blame on the field next to the hotel for the bugs
The only nice thing about this place is the front desk staff.
I complained and told hem I’m moving out asked the hotel manager to call me and this is day 2 with no Call.
Don’t worry Hilton already got a call from me directly
There ar plenty of other places to stay close to this I suggest you look around

I was worried because it is an older Homewood, but when I arrived, I was very pleased and surprised. I was upgraded without asking, and it was a very nice Homewood! The staff was very nice, and very accommodating.

Wasn't quite what I expected from a Homewood Suites, but it was OK. Room by an exit door is very noisy. There were some small bugs seen on floors. Cleanliness of hotel was OK, but other Homewood Suites I have stayed in were much better.

See previous comments. Deployed to DR-4332-TX Hurricane Harvey Disaster Recovery. Hotel gave me GSA Gov Rate of $101 + taxes the first day, then checked me out, requiring me to sign a paper stating I would commit to staying 90 days or they would retroactively back charge my credit card at the rate of $ 189.00 + taxes per night. Also, it was after 6:00PM when I arrived after work and the hotel indicated that if I didn't sign, they would give away my room and I wouldn't have a room there that night.

I had the great pleasure of meeting LaToya during our stay, not once but twice. She first introduced herself in the lobby while we were enjoying some snacks and beverages. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The next morning we heard a knock on the door from housekeeping and it was LaToya. She worked all night in the kitchen and was up early the next morning cleaning rooms. This woman is a true asset to this hotel. Our stay wouldn't have been the same without LaToya!
