Hotel is located in an awesome spot but first let me tell you the staff is awesome there a shuttle drivers as well the hotel is undergoing remodeling currently so the rooms are super nice. The location is literally 400 feet from the mall of America and the light rail the light rail will take you all the way downtown and drop you off right in front of the stadium or many other locations the hotel is also located about 5 miles from the outlet mall and you can get an Uber over to there for around eight or nine dollars

Thank you Homewood Suites for an outstanding home away from home experience - from personal greetings to a comfy bed. You have an incredible staff from check-in to breakfast to room care; even the construction workers were friendly and gracious!(Construction/remodel was nearly completed)
I have to mention Benny! He and my grandson(4 years old) met at breakfast...Benny was so kind and personable. He told my grandson he would take him in the van to see the Crayola Experience. The van was not yet running to the mall, but your staff called to see if Benny could make the run. He was there in a matter of seconds! A wonderful chat on the way over...we found Benny to be a valuable asset to your organization! At check-out, Elisa was prompt and ever so friendly. She asked if our dog enjoyed the stay, and we chatted briefly about her dog.
Thanks for a most enjoyable experience! We will see you again!

Hotel was located right across from mall of america.Good price compared to other hotels in the area.Rooms were very large and had extras other hotels don't offer.The only complaint we had was the hotel offered a pool but no hot tub!

Unable to store my personal valuables in a safe in the room and my business laptop caused a very uncomfortable experience. All the rest was very good. But I will not return to this hotel. Very uncommon for Hilton and I am rather disappointed about this. Hope Hilton will invest in personal safety for their customers

I’ve always had good luck with the Homewood franchise and this location was no exception. The two room suites are always convenient and comfortable. They feature full kitchens and living rooms in one half of the room with sleeper sofas and the bedroom and bathroom separated by French doors. Everything was very clean and nice looking, I believe they just recently remodeled from what the other reviews say. The area off the lobby was still under work and got a little noisy and also had limited working elevators but that wasn’t an issue for me. Breakfast was very good, and there is an IHOP across the parking lot if one needs something more substantial. Also had Chevys attached to the hotel. Almost directly across the street from the MOA and within walking distance of the office building I had to go to for work. My one and only issue was that the walls were thin but that’s very common in hotels. Still an excellent place.
