Really nice! Room was so comfortable and quiet even though there was heavy construction just outside the window. We had a mix up the online reservation, which was resolved with courtesy and ease. We usually never eat the breakfast offered in other hotels, but since we were pressed for time, we checked it out here. So glad we did! Not the usual cold tasteless offerings, there were a variety of tasty warm selections. Nice surprise! Convenient
No evidence of damage from Harvey!

It is a clean place still has some storm issue but nice. Some of the rooms missing art work. They where rehanging wallpaper in lobby. First room had noise ac unit they couldn't fix had to change rooms.

Great Hotel, quiet, treated the guests very well definitely will stay again !! Rooms was very clean had everything I needed, slept great. Breakfast was wonderful here too. 38 Special stayed there a few nights too, cool to see them :)

I was not completely happy with this location. They held 20 Authorization holds in the course of 36 days which exceeded the monthly charge. They charge my credit card excessively causing over payments in the amount of $3000 during this time frame. Every thing in the hotel was great, but the billing process and lack of check and balance system has caused this mess

A long weekend at the Texas Mile is fun and exhausting. The last things I wanted to face were challenges with accommodations, unfriendly staff, no contact with management, being lied to, etc. This is exactly what we experienced as soon as we walked into a non-smoking room that smelled of men's cologne masking cigarette smoke. Monica, at the front desk, was only able to repeat a million times that it is a non-smoking room. Requests to speak with management or anyone who could help to accommodate our allergy to a smoke-infested room fell on deaf ears and phone calls were never returned. We were able to find another hotel for night 1 of 3 and asked that Homewood Suites management return my call to discuss how the situation would be remediate for the remainder of the weekend. Again, no return calls. I spoke with Monica again on day 2 when she informed me that the hotel management said that nothing could be done to help us or waive the first night charge regardless of our circumstances. I have never been treated with the most inconsideration at an establishment that should pride itself with any quality of service.
