Arrived about 6.00pm from the airport and the UBer drive struggled to locate hotel, only to be told THEY had cancelled the booking, as apparently they had tried to call and because no answer took it upon themselves to cancel?? We were 26,000 feet high??
We were told we would need to rebook the room, they were not able to reinstate it themselves?? Absolutely ridiculous.. so after about 1 1/2 hours were allowed to our room. We were welcomed by 3 cockroaches and a damp smelly bed and a fridge that didn’t work. Bathroom was dirty and in need of a good clean. We kept seeing this chain of hotels while travelling India so thought we would try but will definitely not use again and would not recommend!! The staff in the restaurant were good and the reception staff did get us water and coffee while we rebooked the room OYO had cancelled.,,oh and WiFi was rubbish and would only allow 2 devices, not good when travelling and trying to sort out travel and hotels?

Hotel is located onmain road, though entry is bit confused, but rooms are good considering the price asked for. we were impressed. staff was courteaous, even though i had to change the room 3rd time, still they were friendly and understanding.

Room was excellent, breakfast was excellent and all necessary amenities were provided. There were 2 things that were quite glaring. The first one was the presence of small cockroaches in the bathroom. The wash basin in the dining area for breakfast too had some of these cockroaches. The second was the non-working of the wifi. Apparently the room that I got was far away from the router in that floor. Hence no signal. Would have appreciated if they had been candid about it before check-in. If they remove these two irritants, this hotel can get a 5-star rating from me. Worth the money paid for the stay.

I must say this hotel is a very good economical option in Andheri,Mumbai. Location is perfect opp Marol Metro Station although entry road is not maintained. Once you are at reception , everything changes dramatically. well dressed , well behaved staff are added advantage.They provided me room before check-in time . My room on first floor was decent in every aspect . It was more than I expected for the price I paid. Breakfast was good enough with north,south, English varieties.
I was little worried while booking this Hotel as most of the reviews are not good on different sites. But now, as this Hotel is renovated nicely , I found it very good family hotel in economical range. I was impressed with the disciplined staff of this hotel, specially senior manager Mr Raghav Mishra .

Worst hotel of my life. No professionalism at all. Was offered a room which didn't have working TV,ac ,flush,clean linen and the room was stinking. Requested the guy at reception to allot another room which he flatly refused. Had to shift to another hotel at 11:58 PM after 2 hrs of reporting to this hotel. You shall start regretting your decision once you enter the compound. Had I been with my family, it would have been a real mess... Never ever...
