It's a bit far from the Old Town, but the staff were absolutely incredible. They go completely out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They even let me do my laundry using their machine, and folded it for me and left it in a basket outside my door! Lovely surprise. The kindest people you could ever meet, I can't recommend it highly enough.

A place to stay for a night or two if your demands on comfort are not too high. Clean, friendly stuff and very modest prices. Breakfast served is well prepared. Also the kept parking if necesery. Public trafic nearby will lead you to the center.

The owner and manager of the hostel were both very friendly and hospitable. They welcomed us warmly and helped us to find our way to the places we wanted to visit. The hostel is very cosy and clean. We had hot water all day round and the room was adequately heated. We did not lack of anything. We had free wifi and the internet was fast. I would strongly recommend other people to choose this hostel since one can't find such a good hostel at such an affordable price, without forgetting the hospitality and warmliness of the owner and manager. :) They went out of their way to help us out. From tasting traditional foods, exchanging our money at a reasonable rate and finding affordable transport to making our way through the country and learning the rich history of Bosnia which dwells in every streets of Sarajevo. Besides, the hostel is neither so far from the airport nor from the city center. There's a bus stop near the hostel where one can easily find a bus which goes directly to Bas carsi. It is very easy, especially for someone who isn't acquainted with the area.

Gonzo is a no frills hostel, bit far away from the center and quality in the average but staff is very helpful and friendly as they try to help you in anyway and offer typical bosnian food every morning.

A great price, very comfortable private rooms, and the most helpful staff I have ever found at a hostel.The owner is very accommodating, is happy to give advice on where to go and what to see and even helped me get to the airport.
