It is far from the city (Arles), in an area where there is nothing interesting. The "huts" are old, features reduced to a minimum, careless and bit clean. The breakfast is kept to a minimum. Staff bit sympathetic.
Quality / high price.
The pool looks nice, but the area was infested with gnats.

I was there for one night, the place is very carachteristic and cozy. No problems for the parking that was outside.
The bathroom and the room were clean and warm.
The bed really comfortable.
The only think i didn't like was the moquette on the floor.
I think they should banish the moquette from everywhere in the world.
I could stop again in the future.

Very friendly staff but all sorts of problems - cold water for shower, staff smoking in the bar area, bedroom very basic , hard uncomfortable bed. One highlight - attractive restaurant with good food.

The hotel sent me an email via booking system one day before my coming. I reserved 2 nights in advance but the hotel provided me with a room just for 1 night. No compensation, no excuse, nothing!
As to the hotel itself... No elevator. Room decoration is modest and old, mattresses are uncomfortable. WiFi connection is slow. Receptionist people are fine and very friendly & polite. Restaurant of the hotel is very good and delicious! Very recommend!

I think the title says it all! We loved the pool but were confronted with fleas in our room ...
And as far as we know fleas don't belong in a 'hotel'room so we mentioned it to the staff but they didn't even bother ... So we will never ever go there again!
