Staff speak French, German and English, very helpful and baby friendly !
Nice typical Italian Hotel
Rudi Son 29/08/2017 14:224 star Hotel with a classic Italian Hotel style an ambience. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good food. Good beds. Room had all what's needed for a hood nights sleep. Breakfast was as well typical Italian with only white bread.But as the hotel and staff is great one has to overlook this small thing.

Lucy_in_the_sky_321on 24/03/2017 13:30We stayed there for one week for skiing in the Aosta region. I really like the city, especially the old town. The hotel is not bad. The rooms are quite big, well equiped, but you feel the ages of all the furnitures. The great pros is the bed with a very comfortable mattres. During our stay we haf a high temperature outside and we couldn't cool our room, because the a/c did not work.
The toilet did not work one day and we reported this fact to the reception. The employee did even try to help us, so did not come to check it and fix it. It was before 10 p.m. And we could not use the toilet... the reception did not offer us any other room, the hotel was not full. So my husband engineer repaired it by yourself.
Moreover the food was not the best. Coming to Italy I expect poor breakfast based on croissants and jams, but the dinner meals were not tasty. They were not able to prepare a beef. The rest was accepted, unfortunately nothing special.
Cleaning in the room on the highest level! Only towels might be changed more rarely. Every day we got new towels, which will not help our environment..
The most positive thing is the staff - I really appreciate the attitude of Denis - waiter and Antonio from the kitchen. Thanks to their smile and willingness to contact with clients my opinion is not as negative as it should be. Congratulations to them both👍it is a pity that I cannot say the same about the reception, which is the first place of the contact with clients.
Surprised is a 4 star hotel, there are much better
ejbenneton 19/03/2017 21:21We booked this as we were going to watch our son in a ski competition. The hotel is in a pretty run down area of town, at least not very attractive. Aosta old town is about 8 mins walk which is wonderful, lots of great places to eat. We skied in Pila most days the hotel is around 15 mins walk, if budgets allow, give this a miss, hotel Duca looks a better bet.
Staff are ok but very low on staff, breakfast is very basic. Again the spa might make this a 4 star but little else.
The rooms are large , the shower and bathrooms very basic
Great hotel frosty reception staff
Sarah Aon 20/02/2017 07:53Hotel had a great spa and the restaurant food was delicious. The restaurant waiters were excellent and couldn't do enough to help. Spa area was great. Reception staff put a downer on the great trip we had! They were icy and ignored you at times, bar service was exceptionally slow. Double beds were two singles pushed together.
