Wonderful area with beautiful nature. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant, with a small but varied menu. The people (owners?) we met in the hotel and restaurant, made us feel very welcome. Thank you, for taking good care of us and my parents.

The location of this hotel – in the city centre of Aywaille – is fine, but all’s said with that. The room was ok, no frills. The bathroom is in the closet, shower gel was finished and not replenished during our stay. I’d say price/quality was poor.
Please note that the hotel owners are old-fashioned and will bill every little extra. Nothing is included in the basic price – breakfast, tourist tax, etc. There is, for example, no coffee or tea in the room, which I expect from a hotel of a certain standing. At one point I was afraid that the owner would appear out of nowhere with a bill for the air that I breathed, the water I used in the bathroom or for his time.
Initially we had booked for a night. Our plans changed, so I called the owner to ask if we could arrive one night earlier. We would only arrive after check-in, in the evening. On the phone, it sounded like this was not a problem.
Eventually, the late check-in was charged on our final bill (€10). That was so strange to me because the manager had not mentioned it on the phone. If we’re already talking, why not mention that a late check-in is billed extra?
It’s a pity. I appreciate transparency more than secretly adding extra charges to the bill. The owner was cold and distant, almost rude. I did not feel he gave a damn about his guests. Only the euro signs sparked in his eyes. Not that it ruined our trip, but it left a fool taste in the mouth.

We had a nice 3 days at this very nice hotel. The people there were very friendly and we received a good service. The room was spacious and well maintained. The hotel is well located, close to downtown and some sport accommodation units. For sure recommended!

To expensive for this bad, hot and noisy room. Breakfest was colt and sober. The owner was rude and had no attention of our problem. Breakfest was also to expencive and we thought that it was in the (high) price

Clean and spacious room. The staff helped us well and gave us good tips about the village and good places to eat. (Restaurant Cantil!) A lot of activity to do in the neighbourhood. We did have a great walk around 'le ninglinspo'.
