I was traveling to the Web Summit in November 2017. Since it was a business travel, the internet is a must. I had to use my cellular roaming data as the wifi was unusable - very very bad internet connection.
Also they advertise they have a fitness center. They have a small room with a maximum of 10 KG weights (see the photo).
The hotel is placed next to an airplane corridor which goes to the Lisbon airport and the place is quite noisy.
The breakfast is ok, with a good variety of foods.
Personally I don't recommend staying here and this hotel definitely doesn't have 4 stars. p.s. I had a better experience in Lisbon using airbnb.

On visiting Lisbon for one night only I stayed at the 3K Barcelona. A lovely hotel, receptionists very helpful, very clean and a spacious room with a large balcony. The hotel is a 4 minute walk from one of the main train stations in a very quiet part of Lisbon

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station. The rooms are quiet because it is off the main street. The best part, however, is a great breakfast every morning. Occasionally you hear sounds of aircrafts passing by. Otherwise you can have a nice sleep.

Not the Ritz but certainly quite an acceptable hotel. Rooms have been redone (they are not as gaudy as what is seen on their website)
Service staff are ok particularly the men that work the day shift. The evening girls are not to the same calibre.
The place is clean but they need to fire the interior designer. It's tacky decor with a definite lack of good taste. It could be a lot better with few little expense. Furniture placement is the lobby is a good example of what needs improvement.
They won't give you a seopcond key but will give you a plactic card so that you card leave it in the system when you exit the roo (to keep the A/C going while you are out).
The pillows are way too thick. Had to use a folded towel as an alternate.
Food in the dining room was excellent and so was the service but don't expect staff to speak anything other than Portuguese. With hand signs and smiles we manged to get what we wanted.
Lots of good shopping just minutes away. It's a 15 minute walk to El Corté Ingles, a huge department store with plenty of clothes, fashion items, home decorating items, etc.
The lower level has a huge foodcourt and a grocery store, On the 7th, there is a cafeteria, a restaurant and a fill service pub (all of the same floor with each a distinct decor). Prices are reasonable.

Good location, near metro station (Campo Pequeno) . The staff is attentive and friendly. The cleaning is competent. The breakfast is great, with several options. Some noise caused by aircraft on the airport route.
