My husband and I spent one night in a superior suite and we loved everything about this hotel! The staff is too kind (thank you Emily at the front desk and Luc the valet!), the attention to detail is impressive, very clean, lobby is beautiful and cosy... We will come back!

We had a great three nights stay at the hotel.
The staff could not do enough for us.
The room and its facilities were excellent and cleaning was very good.
The hotel is located only a short walk to the funicular railway.Which is very handy.
The breakfast was just the right start to the day.

Perfect place to relax and good for visit Old town of Québec city. Very good restaurant in the hôtel. The place is verry clean and ‘ au goût du jour’ . Take your time for have a great glass of wine at the ‘bar à vin’

I have been a guest at this hotel for well over 10 years, and have always felt that it is a great hotel with amazing staff. Unfortunately they have recently had some changes in front desk management, and now gone are the warm welcomes. Dealings with supervisors are a tad unprofessional, bordering on downright rude, and this is disappointing, but as I have said, this is a great hotel with amazing staff.

Beautiful room, hotel located perfectly within walking distance of almost everything. Clean, spacious and the bathroom was to die for.
Lovely view of the river and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. And do not miss dining at Matto.
