The hotel is behind sector 17 market area. Lot of Offices and bank nearby. It is ok if you arrive during daylight. At night the place outside hotel is full of drunk and noisy people.
The hotel entrance is difficult to locate. After finding the entrance with difficulty, reception lobby is spacious. Check in was hastle free. Rooms are spaceous, neat with clean beddings. Bathrooms clean. Food was good and simple. The biggest problem and drawback was lot of noise made by drunk people and daily labourers who sleep in nearby area. I woke up twice due the noise. Only stay if want to visit sec 17.

A very good hotel, just a walking distance of Sector 17 market, staff are very co-operative. Rooms are clean and spacious and running hot water round o'clock. Food quality on room service were very good. This is a good budget hotel & complete value for money

There are many hotels that are centrally located that offer modern rooms, this one offers a great team front desk staff who are there to provide excellent customer service when needed. Whether it was places to eat, where to get large documents scanned, to help getting an OLA cab, this team had the answer or if they did not they would find it. Beant and Nek always helpful and always there with a smile, this review is in part due to their efforts that make my trip to India after 10 years so wonderful. Actually everyone I met there was very professional and always helpful.
Located above Hot Millions not necessarily glitz or glamor entrance (a bit hard to find) but very centrally located. Within walking distance to the 17 Sector market and great places to eat and shop.
The free breakfast provided offered options of eggs (cooked to order … yummy on masala omelets), paratha (paneer, allu, gobi …) or veggie cutlets. Very satisfying to start the day. Room Service from Hot Millions was prompt.
My room 202 was bright with ample space to spread out and entertain a visitor or two.
Bathroom clean, nicely appointed with lots of light to do makeup. I did experience lack of hot water but it was summer so I dealt with it. I did not report this.
The free wifi is nice but it is sporadic and it goes out for no reason. This needs to be improved. Tip sit on the comfy sofa near the front desk and get great reception.
I love this place but oh lord the beds are soooo hard that I had to get extra pillows to sleep on. These were provided without question.
I do have to mention the managers in Hot Millions so very nice and always there to help a single traveler safely find transportation.

If you book through any of these travel websites you will surely get a good deal. The place is worth the money, though service is a bit slow. Avoid rooms which are near the reception. Specially 209 room, it's bang opposite the reception.

Very good location, easy access to all the shopping area with walkable distance from the hotel. luxury room very nicely furnished with all modern amenities and neat and clean wash rooms. Only scope of improvement is breakfast spread.
