We are staying at this hotel right now. Staff is unfriendly. Recepcionist girl talks with us like she is arguing. Breakfast is very bad. Low variety.
Room isnt clean. Bathroom too.
Low hotel. Low staff. Low quality.

Cons
- The main problem are some of waiters are very aggressive and not polite (mainly at the diner time) they cannot understand what you are ordering and almost every time you need to show them what you want from menu.
- If you have breakfast and dinner included in ticket at the diner all your vacation you will get only 3 types of meat with french fries also food quantity’s will be small (attached picture with plate size for soup is almost same size as toothpick.
- Dirty Rooms and old furniture see attached picture.
- For rooms that are oriented to the main road are to noise in the night because of traffic because hotel is located near the main road.
- In our ticket we apply for one big bed, but when we arrive we get two separate beds.
- Very bad Wi-Fi but free. (Any service that this hotel is provided for free or for discounted rate had bad quality).
- Water form swimming pool was dirty and there was no person to take care of it.
Pros.
- Good location for hotel 150-200 m from the beach.
- Free parking
- Live music till 1 o’clock in the night ( but not so good to the person that have rooms orientated to the road it’s hard to sleep)
- Free Wi-Fi but only where is reception zone.
- You get 20% discount for food if you stay in this hotel and order food from them (It’s almost same price as in other 3 stars hotels or at restaurants from the beach)
Suggestion: If you are active person and you plan to stay only for 1-2 nights you can go for this hotel but if you plan for long holyday not recommend this hotel you will have more headache and you’ll not be able to enjoy your vacation.

Hotel located 5 minutes walking from the beach. Double room was very small. We hardly found a place to open our suitcases. Bathtub really small as well as bathroom.
But the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was also good, but nothing special.
Next to the entry there is a big supermarket opened till late (1 AM I think)
There is a big swimming pool on the site. But we didn’t try it.

We visited Budva in the spring, everything was still pretty quiet so we had time to explore all alone.The hotel is close, it is easy to reach on foot of the old city center which is very nice.The food was good and the staff was very kind.The hotel is ok, not a modern type but is comfortable.In any case, I recommend this hotel to everyone, it was a very pleasant due to the very kind and friendly staff,

A nice hotel that is an easy walk to the action, beach and night life of Budva.
The staff were helpful, friendly and speak very good English. While this hotel was one of the cheaper options in the area, we found it very clean and comfortable. We dined in their dining room one night and also found the food to be delicious and great value.
It's an easy walk (10-15 mins at a slow pace) to the old town and less to the beach.
Overall a great value hotel to base yourself in for a stay in the popular Budva area.
