great hotel and staff....food is awesome and shuttle to air port is always on time......i left at 5:30am to go to air port they were right on time, very polite......i always stay there best hotel in the area and the staff is great....i missed the breakfast but the other times the breakfast is great......i will recommend this hotel to anybody

The air conditioner is old and got water drops from it on my head all night.It smells, the building is old, the parking lot is not even paved or marked. I booked it cause it is close to the airport and it's price, but don't think I will stay here again.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Stayed for one night as it's close by the airport and I had to be there are 2 am for my flight. Beautifully manicured grounds! It's just off a busy highway but set back far enough you'd never know it. Very friendly staff and great food at the restaurant. No frills room...but super comfy linens and pillows!Their shuttle doesn't run to the airport at 2 am, but they will arrange and pay for the taxi to take you. I came downstairs at 1:55 am and the cab was already waiting with the trunk open. Just the best stay...wish I had time to hit the cute pool area.

I think this a good option for people that won't spent much time in San Jose or around! The rooms were acceptable. They have a pool and nice garden full of Mangos! It's difficult to find a restaurant near by but around 10 minutes is a mall and a Walmart! Price was reasonable ! Also seems good to host events or activities!

Used airline miles, for the hotel.
Located away from much, which, makes its beautifully landscaped grounds and quiet space enjoyable. Yet, you are a few minutes from SJO, price included shuttle and a nice Costa Rican breakfast.
The receptionist was a bit stern and talkative to the shuttle driver, at first was a bit of a turn off. She became a bit nicer after my initial
Contact. Just always seemed a bit busy
I had intended to make reservation for two which in actuality, was same price. Because, I had a friend that was coming to visit from outside area, and wanted to give him option to stay In room which, was a double. To begin with! When, I tried to change on site was told there would be a $25 a day surcharge. Which, seem to be a bit excessive. And common practice, in many hotels in Costa Rica. I understand, it's a protection guard. All though, I believe also, illegal!

Make receptionist in evenings was very nice,
My housekeeper, Carlos, was very thorough and kept room immaculate. He was also, very informative! Rooms were simple but comfortable. And roomy clean tub!
Ate in restaurant and food was tasty!
That evening there was a wedding, so they used a provisional room, for guest
Hotel has many possibilities, and I would stay there again. Like the pool.
Feels like a jungle hotel, but, close to all.
Delicious mangoes everywhere!
Free shuttle is great. Uber also, pics up there!
Over all good place.
