No windows to outside it opens to the floor inside from hotel. It's very dark inside the room => constrictive feeling inside the room
Breakfast could have more variation no bread or baked rolls available
No fridge or minibar
Pool area looks like construction area
In general restoration from Hotel is needed
Never 5 stars like attached outside on the wall

I went for 4 days and I have really good experience, the rooms were clean and confortable, the restaurant was good, the buffet was good not a lot of options but what they have was good. Service in general were good. Well located, near to Altaria mall or Clolosio aveniue where is full of restaurants, bars and night clubs.

So no rooms got any kind of view, they are just 4 walls with 2 beds and a bathroom. No safe box, poor wifi, always light coming in from the window (that's frosted and only has walls and lamps outside), very noisy at times, air conditions goes directly to your face when sleeping.

Nice hotel located near Altaria Shooping Mall, near Los Arcos Restaurant, which is a good option for a nice, clean, quiet and affordable rest. I think it's conveniently located and definitely allowed me to get a great sleep this past visit.

There is an open-air nightclub on the grounds which is rented out for private parties that go on all night. The most expensive rooms are only a few feet away from the nightclub. The nearest shop is a 10 minute walk away. If you run out of water they charge you about 3 times as much as it costs in the shop. The wireless internet access is a joke. It doesn't work in the rooms and only occasionally in the lobby. The menu in the restaurant is extremely limited and the service is unbelievably bad. More than once we had to ask 3 or 4 times for something that we had ordered, and twice dishes that were not ordered were on our bill.
