Highly unprofessional staff, receptionist, unhygienic restaurant with lots of noise. They don't know even 'H' of hospitality. Very rude staff members.
Hotels are meant to make you feel comfortable, but here its not the case. You pay and feel horrible.
Worst and Highly Unprofessional

Worst experience through OYO Rooms, unhygienic absolutely no ventilation in the room, Fan and AC are only show piece. I had to keep my half door open for fresh air in night.
Staff of the hotel assure you are left unattended.
You would prefer waiting on a Railway station platform than this piece of disguised so call room for which you pay approx 1200/-Rs for a night.

There are n numbers of hotels in this area. All are transit hotels only. Choose anyone, but not this one at any cost. I had to stay here for a few hrs and why i chose this one ??? still....repenting. They gave me a room, where there is nothing except one bed. So put your luggage in floor, open in floor. No table, no chair, nothing !!! Bed was stinking, the cushions provided on bed are yuck.... I had to throw them down, so dirty n stinking, probably not changed for years.
They have wi-fi, which doesnt work.
The worst part is they have some people in reception, who are in no way suits for hospitality industry. They are rude, ill-mannered and behave as if they are doing big favor to u for allowing you to stay there.
Thank God, I had my flight at early morning and left by 5.30 am without taking breakfast also.
BE CAREFUL, AVOID THIS PROPERTY

Pathetic state of cleanliness... And the room allotted (room no 305) was in worst shape possible... Washrooms were not clean..One of the washrooms did not even have the drainage outlet... Nothing in the room worked.. Phone down.. Ac without remotes..fan without switches.. naked wires all around.... broken chairs... blankets with holes... dirty fans... stained curtains... fungus laden wardrobes...torn sofa...Tv and set top box not working... unactivated room keys... Had to call room service repeatedly and get worked up...

I was on a short trip to Delhi, but this hotel was the final hotel I stayed in during my time in Delhi. I loved the hotel so much I decided to extend my stay by an extra night. Having travelled India for the previous fortnight, I have to say the staff at this hotel were amongst if not the most friendly, polite and most caring. On my first night I had checked in quite late, jet lagged and hungry. The staff having noticed immediately offered me food and were able to quickly deliver this to my room. I had also booked a trip to Agra to see the Taj Mahal, but had unfortunately lost my ticket, however a member of staff was able to help me rebook a ticket through a tour provider personally which was extremely kind and showed a high standard of customer service, however this was not what had stood out in terms of their service. Upon returning on the coach from Agra, it was late at night and I was lost within Delhi, and had gone searching for a taxi. Lost in a city and to be honest quite worried about my safety with a low battery, I had called up the hotel to see if they could assist. One member of the reception "Rahul" was able to trace down my location and imminently sent a taxi to collect and drop me off to the hotel, if this isn't going above and beyond for a customer, I don't know what is! Members of staff such as Rahul make travel experiences for tourists such as myself all the more better, and I can genuinely not think of any complaint for this hotel, staff or the service provided and would place it up with some of the best hotel stays if not the best stays I've had.
