Location is good. Its in Rajpur road and easily accessible to all places within Dehradun. Rooms and services are good. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel food is also good. One request to hotel, b/fast spread needs addition. Its very basic. It felt like having b/fast at home with cereals, basic sandwich, paratha and eggs to order. Not even juice was kept.

A below average hotel for the exorbitant amount they charge for the room. Better to avoid and stay somewhere else.

More negatives than positives.
Positives-staff was accomodating with certain requests like food etc, Good Location(that's why they are still in business I suppose)
Negatives-Wonder where to start.
The room I stayed in was on the ground floor, room at the rear overlooking the back of the hotel. Not even once did I open the windows. So very poorly designed. Really old building. The whole place needs to be refurbished/renovated.
Wiring in my room was all over the place. The side table lamps had one switch. Not sure what were the other switches in the room for as nothing flicked on.
What socket was faulty and even the repair guy could not fix it.
TV in the room wasn't working properly and it took 3 rounds and the supervisors intervention to fix it.
The whole hotel has 1 iron therefore guests have to wait their turn.
Food is below average and the hotel doesn't have a microwave at all in the facility.
Lastly they charged me Rs 300 bucks as I had burned the bedsheet but refuse to give me a receipt for the transaction stating it's not an official transaction. Wonder how they are going to declare the amount when filing their taxes. Modi ji hope you are listening..

I stayed here in October 2017. The room was comfortable with a frig, good A/C and adequate WiFi. Service was excellent and staff very helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent so we ate most dinners in hotel. Free breakfast was delicious.

Good Rooms, Good Food, Good Ambience . Food Quality is good, I recommend Ajanta to others people. Buffet, Breakfast to be improve. I stayed there for two days with my family and overall it was a good experience.

I stayed in treebo Ajanta continental in the month of June. Location of the hotel is good, room was spacious & clean, staff was good, the drawback is the quality of the food, IRD menu is very expensive & the items in the breakfast menu was very less, the puri which was being served is very oily, Papaya was the only fruit served in the breakfast buffet... expected more items in the menu list.. hope to see the improvements on my next visit..
