Checked in to the hotel after arriving at Ratlam midnight......Had very limited options for hotels in main town. Checked 2-3 hotels before checking-in at Ajanta Palace. The hotel prices are not cheap if you compare it with the facilities they offer. There is no bar, toiletries are not good, dint have toilet rolls. Stayed in VIP room costing Rs 2000/- which they gave at Rs 1750/-, not worth it. The other basic rooms were too bad to even have a look. From outside the hotel cleanliness is just 'Sat', if you look towards service lobby, you will get a shock. Also, the approaches to the hotel is dirty inspite of being at the center of the town, open sewers etc.........No wifi too which u require in a small town becoz of poor network connectivity....No complimentary breakfast provided.

In small worlds ,if ur budget is rs 300 than u can stay at this Hotel. tubelight was flickering , AC was creating sound, the beds were looking like thay have not replaced after leaving earlier Guest, There was no pressure washer in toilets ,and No paper roll , iw as in delus Room , the Staff replied that u shud stay in VIP room, in morning ,when i called mgr many times ,he did not visited us , when i got down he was reading newspaper ..and doesnt took my feedback seriously...at 7 am morning i got irritated and left hotel...its better if u stay at ratlam station atleas u will not complain anyone

Good hotel and services and off-course best restaurant in the cit they also have banqueting and marriage facility.
Food is very tasty hotel and good not overpriced.
Best location in the city accessible to everyplace.

We stayed here for a single night just as a halt. As came to know from the staff, earlier this hotel used to be a 'talkies' earlier and then it was renovated as hotel so, this place is quite popular in the town. The rooms were good and nicely kept. Initially we had some issues with the TV in the room allotted earlier but were shifted to other easily.

I went with my family to attend a relative's function & happen to stay in this hotel.The staff was very good n helpful & stay was overall satisfactory.We ordered some Chinese food & kids loved the taste.
