Hotel Aajntha Palace is nice hotel stay to mysore ,rooms is very nice and clean ,room is very nice ,room service is very good ,front desk is very helpful,best stay for couples.next time come to mysore stay this hotel every thing is very good,any budy come to mysore saty this hotel...........

Hotel ajantha Palace is nice hotel in mysore last 15 days before i am stay in this hotel i fell like at home, Rooms is very clean and service is very good, staff is very friendly behavior, Front desk is very helpful, best stay for family and couples,over all is very good, Any budy come to mysore stay in this hotel,this hotel near by railway station and near by bus stop etc

Checked in on 13 sept 2015 and got a single room for 500 . which is a very good deal . Got room no 207 . But the room is very small , there is not much space to walk . it is approx 10ft by 6 ft (dimension). Cannot ask for more when you get a room for 500 . However the real problem was in the night . There are a lot of bed bugs in the bed and was not able to sleep all night , in the morning i had bite marks all over my body . Bed and pillow are not clean . Next, the phone in my room was not working . Though there was a bell in my room ,no one would attend after ringing the bell. But the reception is not far . you can walk across the hall and reach the reception . Problem with a phone not working might be big in the middle of night. Toilet : was clean , but the window is not closed . There is a building coming up nearby by , and once that is ready any person on that building will get a clear view of the person in the bathroom.If you are ready to pay 300/- more you will find very good hotels.

We stayed here after rocking up at Mysore with no accommodation booked, after walking around in the heat from hotel to hostel to guest house, no one 'had any rooms for us'.
We turned up at Ajantha, asking for a room with air con, to which the older manager (we think) took one look at us and said no! He said "somebody was meant to check out but hadn't so there were no rooms". We were led to a tuk tuk driver back to Ajantha where, in desperation, we asked again for any available room. Hesitantly, he took us to show us a room (with air con). On our way to the room, we noticed every room on that floor was vacant, bar one room with a family.
We are a middle aged professional couple and have no idea why he refused to give us a room first hand.

Nice experience ,value for the money.Hotel location is nearer to the bus stop is a great advantage.Manager was very helpful and staff is very prompt at service.Our overall tour went good because of this hotel stay.Clear trip had really very good list of value for money hotels.
