Wifi is not available at night and in ROOMS all time! Only available at the reception. Rooms on second floor will face the noise and honking from the street early in the morning which made me wide awake. Staff are not flexible at all. Poorest stay among all in my visit to india

we booked the hotel as we thought it would be near to the fort. but its not like that. just behind the redfort but near to the station. no restaurant or food shop near to the hotel so we could not take our breakfast. but did lunsh from them. and it was good. room is okay. location is not good. services also ok

Location is very good very near to agra fort station and red fort all the imp places easily accessible but the quality of hotel is not so good its a kind of hotel where u can stay in case of emergency only

I booked online for two nights & two rooms - paid there & then from UK. Once in India I rang the hotel to notify them I was running late & would arrive at midnight due to 12 hours of travelling. I asked them on the phone what ID etc would be needed. Once I arrived there at 1 am in the morning they refused me the rooms & refused to reimburse me. This was appalling as I had a young child and pensioners with me. The manager just laughed & told me to look at the rooms & then refused me accommodation. Still haven't had a refund!! Wouldn't accept the ID I had. Furthermore the reception had people sleeping on the floor & the manager was speaking to them in a most hostile way - very dodgy place!!

hotel is new and good , homey atmosphere,,economic , approximately 2 KM near agra fort.,taxi facility with manager, Though meal was available at hotel ,better meal was served at maroari hotel located nearby.
