We had an email exchange a few months before going, about tickets for Alhambra visit. They actually do provide tickets well in advance! The hotel is cost/quality excellent indeed: room and bathroom were simple but regular, silent and superclean; breakfast was generous and delicious; information was given prompt and sharp. We just spent a couple of days there, which is the right time to visit Alhambra and the town.

My friend and i stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everything about this hotel we loved. It is spotless and friendly. The owners and their staff were so helpful and pleasant. My friend had an accident and cut her eye while we were out in the street. The owners did there best to help and provided us with a cup of tea and the necessary things we needed to dress her cut eye.
We had breakfast too and there was plenty at a good price.
Will certainly stay again.

When I look for a hotel on Trip Advisor, I check the Average, Poor and Terrible reviews first, then the very good and every one can find something wrong with a hotel. My evaluation weighs the positives against the negatives, hoping the positives win out, not just in numbers, but in qualitative factors. Perhaps a room is small - but does it have most everything a traveler needs?
This small hotel does not disappoint. If you need help getting to the Alhambra, the personnel will help. Need something for your room? They’ll get it. Want to know how to get somewhere? They will help. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. I’m sorry for the person who found the bed hard — my bed was just right. Sorry for the person who couldn’t find parking - my little car tucked in nicely in the parking garage for three nights while Granada delighted me. Would I recommend it? Without reservation.
The management here deserves every award they’ve gotten. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Do not let this hotels 1 star rating put you off as it provides a 5 star customer service.
Great location giving easy access from the motorway and bus services into Granada.
The bedroom and bathroom are spotless and breakfast well worth it.
Front desk staff all very helpful , on street parking was fine and they arranged tickets for the Alhambra .
We got the bus to the Alhambra but a taxi back and it was only 4 euros so hardly worth waiting around for buses.
If only all city's had an Albero Hotel .
Would most certainly stay again .

Nice small hotel.
Located not in the center but a close ride by. We took a cab but there are two close buses near by.
The price is affordable and the rooms are nice and clean.
The only downside is tha it was a bit noisy in the morning from the road near by.
