Beautiful views across the lake from this hotel which is located a short walk from town. The location, reception, bedroom and cleaning are all excellent but this hotel is badly let down by the catering side. The dining room staff are not happy or well managed, they had a stand up row one evening in full view and earshot of us so we mentioned this to the very helpful English speaker on Reception and she sat in the dining room the next evening. There is no fresh fruit for breakfast (apart from bananas) only tinned and minimal cooked food. There is however about 6 or 7 different varieties of cake. The anti-pasta course at dinner is very good with lots of choice but the main courses are disappointing, we were offered pork three times in a seven day stay. The desserts are also not good enough for an Italian 4 star hotel. It is a real shame because the potential is definitely there if only they sorted out the dining room. Only one waitress smiled,none of the waiters did,so there must be problems with training or the way they are being treated by management.

I would rate this hotel as a 3 star hotel . It's clean and rooms are a good size but basic. They need to put kettles in rooms though. Room was also very cold and we did ask for heating to be turned up as you can't control this in your room but it was still cold. Breakfast was good but all other meals awful and served luke warm. We were half board but after 2 bad meals we decided to eat out. Hotel in good position but I would not return here.

The hotel is very well located and not far from the harbour of Limone. We had a large, pleasant room overlooking the swimming pool, which smelt strongly of bleach when we arrived but soon disappeared. Nice separate toilet and shower areas but very basic complimentary toiletries. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the lady on reception. The Continental breakfast was very good with a large selection of cold meats, cheeses and cookies. We didn’t eat in the restaurant because we wanted authentic Italian food and ate at a couple of very good restaurants which the hotel booked for us. Free underground parking. We would return, especially in the low season.

A lovely time in lake Garda this is a great hotel very clean and good service staff where great food good lovely position close to the town had great tours to Venice and dolomites and around the lakes very quiet and peaceful

This hotel is minutes from the centre of the lake and the centre of Limoni, we had a superior lake view room, some of the other rooms had no view as they seemed to below the outside pool. The restaurant is targeted for the German / continental clientele as Limoni is easy to drive from Germany to there and the hotel has an underground car park. I believe the hotel was refurbished In 2008 but I think they missed the restaurant as it is very, dated, the rest of the hotel is in excellent condition. There was a salad bar / soup or pasta / then the main course was either fish or a small amount of meat with a small portion of one veg. There was a desert cabinet which if ran out was not replaced, although there was plenty of fresh fruit. Breakfast there was plenty of cereals fruit cold meats cheese yogurts and cakes various couissants scrambled and fried eggs also hard boiled greasy bacon and two types of sausages, so again great for the Germans and continentals. And yes as in other reviews birds do get in the restaurant and land on the cakes / couissants at breakfast and the bread at dinner. The only bar was in the restaurant and although there were seats in the reception are there was no lounge as such where you could enjoy an after dinner drink. The lady on the reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English. If you don't want a full English and a good meat and two veg binder I would recommend this hotel, but would advise a superior room with a lake view.
