We truly enjoyed our stay at the Atipik hotel in Annecy. The rooms are not large, but the hotel is perfect if you're looking for a place that is reasonably priced, clean and located in the heart of Annecy. It's walking distance to the lake, the train station, and all the other attractions within the city centre. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us with restaurant recommendations and definitely made us feel at home.

I just adore Annecy and the Alexandra Hotel Team, are almost like family after so many years of staying there. It is such a well-run hotel, where nothing is too much trouble and the staff are so exceptionally friendly. The breakfasts are excellent value with a very wide range of options for continental breakfasts. Don't miss the gorgeous jams! The rooms are always spotless and very well-appointed, although as there is no lift, if you have any fitness or health issues, you might want to request a first floor room. A wide range of languages are spoken, especially excellent English. All the staff have a tremendous knowledge of both their own town, the surrounding area, restaurants and places to go.
I've honestly never been able to fault this hotel and would heartily recommend it. Longing to go back!

As the title says, there was nothing missing at this hotel and the staff were all brilliant as they couldn't do enough for us during our visit.
It is in an old building and very nicely finished but being an old building there is quite a lot of noise from inside the hotel ( think thin walls and floors) and with no Aircon it's noisy from outside with the windows open. That being said with the windows shut you couldn't hear the street at all.
If I wanted a city centre hotel in Annecy then this would be it but if I was going again I would stay elsewhere on the lake shore.

If you are looking for a small, friendly, clean, efficient, centrally located hotel in the stunning town of Annecy then this should suit your needs perfectly. The rooms are not over large but they are more than adequate and are spotlessly clean. The staff could not be more friendly and the breakfast is to be recommended, highly. One word of caution only, there is no elevator so it may be unsuitable for some. Otherwise, it is such a great find I probably should be keeping it to myself!

We wanted a central hotel where we could visit the town on foot and forget driving in the maze of one way streets full of too many cars. Atipik Alexandra met the requirement. We had a first floor room over looking the road. It was not noisy having two sets of double glazing. The room was big enough but the bathroom was really too small. The shower etc. Worked fine but there was not enough room to dry yourself, etc. Breakfast was a buffet with good choices of breads, cereals, meats, cheeses and jam that were kept replenished. The staff were all helpful. Parking is about 300m away in the station underground car park. The spaces are not for the faint hearted being very narrow, but we escaped without damage (23 € for three nights at the reduced rate).
