The property is in a fantastic location with easy access to Alhambra Palace. The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are very spacious. I would highly recommend sitting out on the resturant patio and watch the sunset.

The hotel itself is clearly a 4 star hotel due to its grandeur and location near the Alhambra. The lobby and the adjacent rooms as well as the terrasse on which they do serve very decent meals are top notch.
However we cannot give them more than a 2 rating, due to the fact that we were very ill received by the front desk at time of checking and subsequently be given a VERY small room. The bedroom was just fine for 1 person as well as the tight fit bathroom which never allowed 2 people to remain in it. I am not sure why they did downgrade us (Maybe because we booked through booking.com) hence the price point was way too high for what we got, despite the low season show up (Early November) and early booking.
Also, do not expect internet to work very well as the signal was extremely weak.
I have voiced my concerns and review on their satisfaction survey to no avail nor got a response which shows the lack of interest in the customer experience area...
What a shame. Will not recommend this hotel as a result.

We stopped by for a quick sandwich, on our way up to the Alhambra. The property is really beautiful and the views of the city below, from the balcony are worth seeing. However, the food (sandwiches) was a true waste of money and time. Service was average.

This the place to stay in Granada.
It's perfect location adds up with the generous size of the rooms and bathrooms, beautifully decorated with arabesques and mudeja motives.
The breakfast is also very generous.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Comfortable shoes is a must to explore Alhambra and also the down below Granada city.

This traditional, beautiful, well managed hotel is a real treat and within walking distance to Alhambra, Generalife, and all the action downtown. Very good breakfasts and a very quiet and restive location after a day at Alhambra or checking out some flemenco in sacremont.
