Stayed here with a group of 11 people.
The hotel staff were nice and professional. Rooms and grounds were very clean. Beautiful trees, some carved for extra detail.
Food was very good, 6 nights of different and delicious meals!
Felt very safe and relaxed entire time at hotel.

Looking for a weekend getaway in a hot summer day..? this is a nice option. The place is good, great for relaxing. The ataco town is just 7 minutes driving. The breakfast in the hotel are good, traditional food is one option at morning. The place is quiet and nice.

Stayed for a week as part of a Habitat for Humanity group. We worked each day at a lower elevation so it was lovely to return each afternoon to the cooler weather. My room was very clean, hot water always available in the shower. Food at the restaurant was good, sometimes had to wait a bit at breakfast. This hotel has a quick and efficient laundry service, essential when working on a construction site all day. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful.

Spent a week here in January. The rooms are nice and clean, the bathroom is small. There was some road noise but overall a pleasant stay. The grounds are large and well maintained with several descrete sections and a small zoo. The restaurant is large and the food was very good, if basic. Because of the altitude of this hotel, the evenings are cooler and more comfortable than the lower parts of the country.

Good place, beautiful garden and tasty food. Have some small nice zoo. Free gym and also interesting pool in the garden with some cascade. The suit #3 was excellent, in very good conditions with buffet breakfast. Highly recommend!
