The hotel is in the heart of the city that is in police bazaar famous local market here you can find anything.The rooms which we selected was Standard and Executive room.
Standard Room-It has twin beds but if you will request they will join then. Complementary services like water, dental kit, tea kit, hair dryer etc are provided. Room was good and large. Mini bar is also there. Bathroom was provided with hot & cold water supply, dual mirror was there. Size was ok not a problem.
Executive Room-The rooms are a bit larger compared to standard rooms also the bathroom is larger, rest services provided is same as in standard room.
The restaurant food was good and priced reasonably. The breakfast was complementary and it was nice. Each and every staff member of this hotel was cooperative and well behaving. Service provided was excellent.
Without AC you will start feeling cold as night gets darker.
If you wish you can find kfc, dominos, pizza hut, subway etc near to this hotel.
A recommended place for stay.

Not worth the brouhaha..!!

There is just no 'wi-fi' that we could avail off.Despite staying close to 4 days,hotel staff remained insensitive!Cockroaches in room.Bed base is made of raw wood,not pest-controlled.Lobby ceiling in raw state without any cover on raw wood!

Elevator door not regulated.Kept banging on our shoulders!Basmati rice is of a short,fat variety.Chef isnt even a sous chef.Keeps coming out in the public area with his dishevelled hair & without any dress.Main course food is full of oil.General Manager refuses to acknowledge mails sent to him & WhatsApp messages sent to him.

When I visited the Managing Director Mr Agarwal to share a feedback,he literally charged at me like a raging bull as if I were a criminal!!!!!

Which is why the front office staff never smile except Mr Gogoi!!

Certainly not value for money if you compared it with such hotels as Pinewood.Bathroom flush is terribly loose.Almost falling off..

This place is at the heart of the city so it provides great access to move city easily. It has nice ambience, good food, very courteous staff so net...net good experience.

Only one challenge with its location is that if someone wants to move out of the city frequently, one has to negotiate through traffic every time

Good hotel. Never choose Standard Rooms

Went with family. Good hotel. Not very impressive, but convenient location. In one of the back allies of Police Bazaar. So doesn't sit amidst the din of the market, yet just a minutes walk to the CBD.

The rooms are spick and span. The service is prompt. But never make the mistake of booking the standard rooms. No view. One window that opens to sewer lines of the neighbouring building. Can work for business travellers. Not for vacation. I got fleeced by ibibo on this one. They showed me an exorbitant price and then sold me the room on mrp.

The restaurant is regular. Standard food. Doesn't serve pork though, which is a downer if you are a porkaholic and visiting Meghalaya with a lot of gastronomic ambitions. The breakfast platter is nice.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Safe for families and kids.

Third Class Hotel , No response on mail even phone!!!!

I have done the reservation in this hotel on advance payment 02 standard double beded rooms but they havent revert me back that standard rooms are twin beded room, guest is travelling with 2 small kids how they can stay in Twin beded room , & they told me o1 day before of check inn. So bad experience with this hotel.
