As it was an overnight halt. we selected this Hotel (through the net - Trivago) as it was close to the railway station. Turned out to be a bad experience. The rooms are quite OK, spacious, neat, with clean, fresh linen. The problems were others - the WC in the toilet was leaking. The A/c and TV had no remote. There were mosquitoes in both the rooms we occupied. After raising my voice, the kind Manager changed me to an adjoining room - where he managed to get an remote for the A/c (which was from a bygone age). There was an antique CRT TV, whose power button needed a toothpick to remain on.
However, the Manager did compensate for the discomfort by giving us a complementary dinner.

Checked in at 2 pm. 2 rooms. One room had a dirty bathroom and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The other room had no remotes for the air con and tv. And the bathroom had a leaking pipe.
After repeated calls, the problems were resolved by changing of rooms, but only after 8 pm. So we had to stay without shower the entire day.
There were too many mosquitoes in the room.
No hot water in the taps as their boiler was not working.
Extremely poor service and poor condition of the hotel. Not value for money.

The hotel has all basic facilities with breakfast included we paid 1000/- per head.
It's a Lil expensive considering it has A very simple set up ...nothing exotic but igs centrally located plus it was available at 10:30.at night.

This hotel is a second house to me and my wife also. I can't say in words that, the hotel staffs are how much careful. They are always redy to give you their best service.
My next visit will be in october 2016.

This hotel is centrally located in Guwahati and very good and supportive staff. This hotel is having clean and nice ambience. Complimentary breakfast will remind you of your home.Staff are very courthouses.
Parking is having some difficulties but considering the rates and facilities it provides makes you feel for the hotel.
