We have stayed in this hotel in last june. It. is a good hotel in prime location of mall road. Can visit whole market area by walking. Hotel staff are very well behaved & co operative. True value for money spent.. Good budget hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in June first week. We were little scared before as cars cannot enter the lane & we had to walk for 30-400mtrs from the place where car drops us. But once we entered, people welcomed us with warmth & smile which was a pleasant start. As we finished our check-in formalities we were given the room keys & in no time my family was into the room. The rooms were spacious & good. Only suggestion is there is need to change the carpets in the room as its spoiling the ambiance of the property. The food was also good. Special Thanks to Mr.Malik who was there for any suggestions or problems faced in food. Only suggestion here again is to improve the hygiene where the food is being prepared. As normal people, if they see the place of preparation will not like the food even if it's tasty. Overall a good experience. A good Budget property at the best location with Mal road at walking distance & mall on the opposite side. Will recommend to my friends in future but please consider for some investment to renovate the ambiance of reception, kitchen & rooms. Thanks... Cheers!!!

Hotel Anand Palace is a good hotel with all modern facilities. Location of the hotel is very good. Its located on the mall road and just opposite to the Mall.
Owner of this hotel Mr. Anand is very nice person and he look after the guests personally. Manager, Receptionists, Restaurant Manager (specially Mr. Kaul) who look after each guest personally and full fill all requirements, and all other staff is very nice and co-operative. Pl discuss ur itinerary with them and they suggest you the best things to do or not to do.
Rooms at fifth floor are big in size and very comfortable. Bathrooms are also big in size and very neat n clean.
Food - In breakfast not so many options but still they arrange whatever you want specially for kids. Also at request they arrange Breakfast before time (if u checkout early morning). Thanks a lot for their efforts.
I love to come this hotel again. See u soon Guys.

Just stayed at Anand palace with 2 families with children from 22th May to 24th May. A comfortable stay with the hotel staff starting from Reception to room service boys. They have prompt service. The kitchen is too good with different types dishes. Restaurant managers are also well behaved & careful.Only one drawback is hotel has no parking place & it is situated in the no parking zone though it is 25 metres from main road.
Any one can choose the hotel blindly.

If u are a foodie and want to be close to mall road for quick access to restaurants and pubs or for any other reason, then only take this hotel. Otherwise, it is located in a busy, polluted congested area. Has dirty torn linen, food is below average. No other facilities for kids or entertainment. We had only one dinner and breakfast here, after which we decided to stay away from it. But we had already paid for three nights, so had to stay here. Rooms were upgraded after fight with our travel agent (who was equally pathetic... Carnation travels... Don't ever think of planning a trip through them...). Overall, it will be a big let down if you are middle class or upper family, coming for a vacation in hills to enjoy mountains and beautiful scenery.
