I have stayed at this hotel a couple times a year for the last ten years. I use to look forward to it because it was modern, clean and up to date. That is not the case any more. It is becoming run down with scars and stains on the walls, the rooms smell like moth-balls, the bathrooms fixtures are grimy and unpolished and the ceiling fan is so noisy you can not possibly use it.
The beds are soft which is saying a lot in India but other than that I don’t think I could recommend this hotel any longer.

The only good and probably the best part of hotel is the 24 hour check-in/out facility.
Rest everything: food, hospitality, room etc is average.
We were not served with snacks at 4:15pm and were told availability only after 4:30pm even though menu mentioned 4:00pm as the time to start serving.
Although the menu mentioned almost everything, most of the stuff we ordered were not available.
The quality of food is also average.
The room is spacious (however poorly lit) and has ample toiletries which are abundantly replenished. Bathroom fittings and other items in room are old and perhaps need a full maintenance.
All in all a pleasant stay.

One star bcos of rude behaviour of sridhar at hotel
on the day of arrival we waited for the room. After requesting and showing him booking paper he asked several questions and allowed us IN.
None of the security guards greeted us during stay bcos we were on bike. Felt insulting.We had some luggage which we had to carry till exit .I felt humiliated and wow not to visit again. This shows the snob mentality of hotel.
We are regular visitor of 5 star hotels and have never faced such humiliating behavior. after this all issue we informed to manager sridhar and his response was worst than the incident.
These useless guards want only tips and they think people in car can only give it to them.
Poor and sick mentality. Should be sacked the manager immediately.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night. I found my room spacious but poorly lit. Bathroom felt suffocating due to relatively lower ceiling (~7ft) height. Room was centrally air conditioned. AC remote didn't have display to show temp which made temperature control difficult. I had dinner at canopy restaurant. Decent ambience, good hygiene & delicious food.

I stayed there for 4 days. The rooms furniture is little old. You might see few things not working or quite old with cracks.
Food service quality is quite good. And the staff is humble and caring.
They offer discount for business stays based on your company.
