Its a budgeted hotel so please dont expect much basics are there for a night stay its worth the price terrace gives you a full valley view they dont have a parking so you need to park and take your ticket and climb down across the heritage market.The staff is cooperative and takes care of your need we got late they were in touch with us and guided us continuously they value there guests so no issues it is a place to stay the rooms are old so please dont expect much it is worth the price they charge overall one can stay if not a rigid character.This is worth for a economical stay and near to the market and the church.

Very ordinary rooms. But the caretaker was very accomodating in cancelling my booking on the spot. I booked the hotel due to its proximity to the old heritage market as I was there for business. But I decided to cancel it due to the steep slope and inaccessibility by car.

Over charged, dirty, old fashioned, seems to of 18th century and never renovated after that. Instead of intercom telephone, they have a bell near room's door for calling someone from reception or room service. Location is a plus point, as it is near Kasauli Market. We tried to order lunch and the staff said they will charge more than what was mentioned in the menu, as there is no lunch in the hotel, so they will buy it from outside. Next day we left the hotel and took some other hotel, leaving this pathetic one. Please avoid this hotel.

Booked Hotel Via Online Website, Close to Mall Road, Was easy to reach, Food was good, Rooms were Ok, Not at all luxurious, but simple room. Service was Good, 3-4 Staff was there. Only some rooms are there which will have a good view. 3-4 Km from Manki Point, Sunset Point

hotel is located near Tehsil. I have booked online. they charge more than they offer atleast to the people who book online.The proerty is old & poorly managed. No view of hills from most rooms. You will have to park the vehicle near Mall road and carry ur luggage etc to ~400 m. Situated in the end of Heritage Market. Prefer hotels near Mall road. Bargain before booking...atleast u save some money.
