located right at the bank of beas, this place is a perfect stop for some yummy trout. Liked the fact that it was away from the chaos of manali yet close enough to visit it if desired. And so close to the river you can feel the spary on your face

Hotel service is good. Rooms are clean. To add to the attraction there is a stream nearby and apple orchards at back. In night the voice of that running streams was pleasant to years. To sum up our experience was good.

The best thing to be mentioned about this hotel is their upkeep of the rooms. However, there is great need for training their staff with regard to rendering quality service. In fact, the management should itself focus more on how exactly to deliver efficient guest services so that it can percolate down the line. Further, there is need to improve the quality of their restaurant and food. An otherwise ideal location for a panoramic view, the building that is under construction exactly opposite this hotel is a dampener. Summing up, it is a good hotel which can vastly improve further with a sincere effort from the management.
Budget hotel

Booked the Duplex suite as it was accommodating Family with 2 child for dates I wanted to travel.
Room quality:
Not good, Curtains in dilapidated condition. Slight opening movement and curtain came down.
Main door gets jammed once you close it. Had to call persons from reception to open the door from outside, it took 2 days for it to get fixed (My stay was for 3 nights).
Property lacks on cleanliness front too, Stair with broken/shaking wooden rails. Paint peeling of the walls in corridors. House keeping spread the used wet towels on the Room bed for drying them (also making the mattress wet). Used empty soap empty bottle taken away but no replacement provided.
Breakfast options are very limited, Property doesn't have a restaurant but a small corner space on first floor where 2-3 tables are placed for Breakfast.
Location:
Property picture shown is not actual. Have a Big Garbage Dump in front where somebody will ignite the garbage spewing smoke and fumes for hours. Backside of Hotel has a timber mall with Wood cutting machine causing screeching noise. Parking is not sufficient. Hotel is very far off from Mall Road. Neither walk-able and can take more than an hours to make to Mall Road on a vehicle.
WiFi is free But only works at reception, doesn't work in rooms. Was told to stand next to window and use which also didn't work.
Staff:
Not professional at all. Room booked and confirmed by Booking site (Booking.com) not at all honoured, instead you are provided complimentary stay for a day at a premium property of same owner (property name Allure Grand) which is far considering the pathetic traffic condition of the Manali traffic. This seems to be a strategy followed by property owners to promote their new Property without caring about hassles it creates for customers in shifting.
Invoice/bill provision is avoided by the Hotel. It is clear that they want to avoid providing a Bill if you have booked from a site. Will give excuses like
- Checkout will take time in system, We will do all checkouts after an hour.
- We will bill your booking company and they will provide you the bill.
- Letterhead not present in hotel now,it is taken to other property.
Important: Followup with the Staff before hand and ensure Invoice/bill is provided.
