we went on 03oct with family for one night stay. The room are badly smelling and in the bath room geyser was not working. On the whole improvement is required. Average hotel and staff where ok .From hari ki phodi 10mnts drive

I stayed in this hotel for one night in deluxe suite with family. Got the room for Rs 999. I would say my experience with this hotel is below average. The room in which I stayed was small and not very clean. Had to get bed-sheets and pillow cover changed upon check-in. The bathroom was pathetic. Had to somehow console as only one night was there to spend. The only highlight was front-desk service. The front desk staff was very courteous and made sure to do everything to make our stay as comfortable as it can be. It would be great if they make their room more tidy and neat.

My stay was a family trip to Haridwar. We have booked hotel online so didn't have any trouble while checking in.
Reception staff was very polite and helpful. We had pure vegetarian breakfast which was limited but nice. Rooms are small, bathrooms are ok.
We have stay there for two days and the overall stay was nice and comfortable.
I will definitely come again in my next visit to Haridwar.

Our stay in this Hotel anuradha palace we feel was a very good experience.the manager & the staff were very friendly , they were very helpful & needful. food was good, their service was also good. we stayed there for 2 days and enjoyed alot. i personally advise to all who are looking for hotel in Haridwar to stay in this hotel.

This is one of the best place to stay in Haridwar, it budget hotel. And gives you all the facilities to make you stay comfertable.
Staff is very nice and humble, their service and food are best value for money.
I will recommend this hotel is one of the best for short stays
