We stayed 5 nights here. Our standard double room had a king size bed and our room was spotlessly clean along with the bathroom although not a huge room it was good enough for 2 of us. The Hotel has facilities for leaving your luggage which we found useful. The housekeeping staff were very conscientious and hard working. The reception on the TV was poor but we weren't there to watch TV so it wasn't a problem. The continental breakfast was sufficient and the waiting staff pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring Rome and when our feet couldn't take any more walking we hopped on the Metro and we were back at the Hotel within minutes. There were a few homeless people near the termini but they kept themselves to themselves and didn't cause us any worry.

Hotel is fantastic. Bar room is small and there's no restaurant in the hotel. Room was great even though it's small was still a great standard room in Rome. Hotel staff is friendly and cleaning/services was top. Would want to go there again if we ever go back to Rome.

Too loud, too small room, too small bed, too small TV, too poor breakfast => This is not a 4****-Hotel.
I got a very small room for single use on the first floor at the street side of the house. It was one of the smallest rooms I have ever seen in a hotel. The bed was shorter than average. There is heavy traffic (italian kind -> drivers making use of their horns at any occasion) until late at night due to the train station on the opposite side of the street. Traffic starts again at early morning. So too less sleep as well.

Wow - Amazing Hotel - Great Location, everything you need is right at their doorstep.
Convenient and easy to find & access.
The staff is wonderful and nice to deal with. They make your entire stay effortless. At the front desk, the ladies are hardworking, multi-tasking and making sure your every inquiry is answered without neglecting any other clients walking in. Fatima has been there for years and is very good at what she does. She can check you in quickly and spend extra time with you if needed. She is an excellent asset to the hotel and it wouldn't be the same without her. When making reservations, she and as well, Valerie, answer your emails the same day and can reserve any room you like without hesitation. You can trust that you will have a room ready for you when you arrive. They guarantee Peace of Mind !!
Thanks to them for another memorable visit to Rome and stay at the beautiful Hotel !!

Was doubtful whether to proceed with my stay after reading few reviews of unsafe neighborhood. But with no intention to change bookings, I stayed with my family for 5 nights. I have to say that this hotel is pretty comfortable by all means.
Pros - very close location to roma termini station for airport transfers and all tourist pick ups; good breakfast; rooms clean and maintain privacy if we put the board outside; inhouse discount for day tours (roam your way tours); good friendly reception; seems updated hotel;
Cons - Breakfast timing could be flexible (right now 7 am to 10 am) - would be better if starts at 630 am (although they have the option of early breakfast at bar with croissant and coffee alone from 5 am); shower place is smaller; Air conditioner temperature control in our room was not working properly with no remote (as I prefer not very cool temperatures and hence was slight uncomfortable but manageable)
