When I arrived, I thought the room could be bigger and it could have an elevator. When it was time to go, I didn't want to leave. The staff are what makes a hotel, and Aragüells has fantastic staff, especially Mar the receptionist, Lili the waitress, and Pepita the owner.

I wasn't lodged in this hotel but I went for lunch to the restaurant and the menu and food were very good quality and value..also the waitress was very friendly...
Suddenly i realized that I forgot my bag in the restaurant with my keys and belongings...when I realized we were about 300 km away..I rang the hotel and the staff were WONDERFUL... they arranged a courier and I had my bag back with me and all my belongings within less than 48 hours..they were at all times super friendly and very efficient ..and the cost of the courier was excellent... THANK YOU !!! :)

Just got back from my second stay at the Hotel Araguells. I had previously stayed here just before Christmas 2014 and never got around to writing a review. The hotel is a nice, family run business and you feel very welcome. All the staff in the hotel and cafeteria are extremely helpful. I was there with children, and we were made to feel very at home. This time we had a 4 person room up in the "buhardilla" (attic). Beds were comfy and plenty of clean linen, towels, etc. There is a store room for skis, boots, etc downstairs in reception. Regarding the village, then for eating, shopping, etc Benasque is very good. It really is a "village" and not an "urbanización" (like Formigal). Price wise I feel it is good value with the breakfast included. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely family run hotel. Staff brilliant with advice and translations. Right in the centre of the village. Rooms were bright and cheerful. We were there during the summer. Ideal spot for day hikes. Village suitable for accessing two highest peaks in Pyrenees :-)

A simple hotel well placed in the centre of the town offering good accommodation and a pleasant bar, the food is simple but excellent if you have been traveling and not looking for a gourmet meal. Wi Fi was available in the bar.
We had visited the hotel some years ago and again received a warm welcome (in English) from the staff as we did then.
