It was 4th time to stay in this hotel and the experience was nice all time... Hospitality is good, all the staff are really good,in the front desk there ia mazher khan who is like a friend and gave me a good facility and discount.... Over all very nice experience....

I stayed here for 4 days at a price 1400 per day for 2 persons. They provide me premium room after much discount. Actual price was higher. So it's negotiable Bkfast comp was also good. I recommend this hotel. Near to Kachiguda station on main road. Sweekar hotel is near very good veg hotel also Inox mall is near

Services and stay was good. Amenities and hospitality were nice. Would recommend to stay here if you are near Kachiguda. Hotel is near Kachiguda railway station. Mazher Khan at the front desk received the guests very professionally.

Worst experience, booked for my family (fully paid upfront). Rooms werent tidy, some didnt even had ACs proper functioning had to change room in the night. Plus the other rooms didnt had the fan working. Overall it was a nightmare to my family

Shortage of water supply. Hotel staff was closing water supply every now-n-then. Hot water supply scarce. Toilet condition poor - false ceiling broken and pests entering the room. Food quality is poor, road side vendors were better options we landed up with. Hotel showed tie-up with a cap service which was equally unprofessional - did not turn up or even feel the courtesy of calling up and informing that his cab would be late. No wi-fi available beyond the reception area.
