Hotel is located in convenient location . My checking in process was very quick and front desk staff was very friendly . Food was good room service was great . Washrooms were hygiene . Bedding was clean and tidy

The hotel is one of the best hotel within the city.
It is very near to the church, Market, Casinos & restaurant.
The management is also very cooperative.
The rooms have AC, TV & Fridge.
Their is complementary breakfast in the morning.

I had stayed at this hotel for more than 15 days.
This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Panjim city.
There is a large beautiful garden outside the hotel
All rooms air - conditioned
Telephones & TV in all rooms
All rooms are connected via wifi.
There is laundry service also.
Complementary Breakfast is also served.
There are 3 types of room:
1. Deluxe - Rs. 3300
2. Executive - Rs. 3850
3. Executive suite - Rs. 5500
(Taxes Extra)
They do give discounts on the basic fair.
This hotel is popular among the corporate as there are a lot of corporate bookings.
They do have an in house restaurant "Shere-E-Punjab"
Near this hotel there is casino, river bay, church, markets, restaurant.
So overall its a good place to stay.

I stayed there for one night, like on other's review I booked this hotel from make my trip with a great deal.
It is not at all a fancy Hotel.. but good in cleanliness and easy to access.. Over all a good experience..
pros:
Cost effective.
Clean.
In centre of Panjim.
Walking distance to bus stand and two major nearby touristspots.
Cons:
Breakfast quality.

Just wanting to explore Goa , as a destination. Wanting to learn the English and Portuguese influence in the place. We went backpacking to Goa. Flight from New Delhi and a Two Hour in the Air journey , finally , landed us at Vasco ...The Place From Where The Journey Begins. VAsco is a bit farish from where the Beachy , meaty , spicy Goa resides. But, Vasco is the Hype place of Goa , two days in Vasco can be helpful towards retail therapy. Then we went deeper to the Panjim Centre. The centre of Calm. The centre of Goa. The truth of Goa.
