Hotel is at a prime location, right in the old town. Rooms are good size but they show sign of aging. The mattress was warn out on one side, soggy making it hard to sleep. Bathrooms are very small and have not been updated. The shower is setup in a way that makes is difficult to turn on the water (to warm it up) without the show splashing it over the floor. The alternative is to get into the shower, close the shower door and get a blast of cold water until the warm one starts running). There was some noise coming from the outside during the night despite windows being shut. Breakfast was quite good with enough selection. Staff is attentive.

Their room quality well, double beds are really nice size and comfortable. Their wi-fi connection is not good. Breakfast nice and delicious. They have free parking and the location is exactly center of Sarajevo.

Receptionist was pleasant however hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes. Very tired décor. Our room was supposed to be a double bed but we had 2 singles.We were told that nothing could be done despite us booking months in advance. The beds were of poor quality with worn linen and dirty cushions on the bed, one bed collapsed on one side during the night and was not repaired despite complaint being made. The room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes despite being a so called no smoking room. The carpets were worn and stained and there were used tissues under the bed. The shower did not work properly and leaked. The bathroom was very small and had a broken shower door that was tiny and no place to put any shampoo etc except the floor. Mould was present in the shower and the shower door tracks were filthy.
The curtains were falling down in the room and did not close properly.
The safe did not work and could not be fixed.
Someone came into our room whilst we were at breakfast and new clothes were stolen from our robe. This was reported and no comment was made. Friends staying at the hotel also had theft from their room.
We asked to buy some water at the hotel reception and they don't sell it.
The reason I gave this hotel a star was that the breakfast was ok.
I would never stay at this hotel again and not recommend it.

Hotel is clean with nice rooms and good breakfast. Parking in gront of hotel. But what is the best is that you actually make few steps from hotel entrance and you are on Bascarsija. Excellent location.

A great location, clean and tidy, friendly staff, good food, good wifi access, free car parking. They even let me leave my luggage there for a few hours a week later when I came back through the city in transit - so I could walk around the old town without dragging my suitcase behind me - fantastic as there is nowhere to leave luggage at the airport. Thanks!
