The hotel is located at 3-4 min walking distance from subhash chowk. It has its own parking space which is a huge advantage in a place where the roads are narrow and finding the parking space is difficult. The staff was very cooperative and never said “No” to anything. We booked one deluxe and one super deluxe room. The rooms were good and the outside view was amazing. The only bad thing was that when we checked in, the bed sheet was not clean and we had to ask the staff to change it. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience. If I ever get a chance to visit dalhousie again, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

we stayed here for 3 nights we had luxury room booked, but never looked one, only luxury it had was a fridge and a balcony. the room was clean but bedsheets and towels had stains on them and the toilet was not properly cleaned. the room and balcony had bugs so have to keep doors and windows closed and kill a few before sleep.
the staff is nice and polite.
the food is below average n curries are cooked wd ready made soup pckts thr are better options available near bus stand .
The location is good 5 min. walk from bus stand and 15 min. from subhash chowk has parking space if needed.

i went to Dalhousie for a solo trip this June, and well booked Ashiana Regency as my abode for 4 days. As i had pre booked my room online, i was expecting to find everything good to go once i reach, but even though i reached later than the check in time, my room was not ready. i was asked to stay in another room for half hour till they fixed my room, the temporary room i was allotted added to the agony as the wait of half an hour shifted to more than five hours with flies in the entire room preventing me to rest.
after complaining several times and almost being on the verge of searching for another place to stay, they finally managed to get my deluxe room ready.
the room was big enough and spacious, the washroom was again clean, big and neat, the balcony was nice, though didn't offer much of a view apart from the road passing the hotel.
when it comes to food, they are strict about their timings and availability of food, the taste is average, but i faced a few probs with insects being fried in my chicken and overly oily paneer gravy, so il suggest one can skip the food here.
the manager MR. Manish was a very gentle, kind, helpful and friendly person, they have a limited but easily available staff. Manish was kind enough to help me with my rest of the tour, cab facility and everything and tried to compensate for the initial hiccup i had to face.
the crowd in the hotel is good, all families...the prices are within budget and the best part is it is at a walk-able distance from subhash chowk and the market.
overall the experience was pretty good and i left with a lasting memory :)
