I have been book this hotel for my friend and chk in into the hotel and called me to book some another hotel when i asked him reason he told me this hotel is not on a safe area for family and rooms are stinking badly and mosquito are flying inside the room. Room is not cleaned and completely unhygenic washrroms. Even they not cleand before giving room to them. I asked him to stay for one night instead we booked two night. Very next day early morning he chkd out and booked starz clark mussurie. Neither paytm not the hotel management ready to pay for the night we not used. I request to cascade this msg to the concen managemnt team and process the refund for which we not used.

Poor service and staff were not neatly dressed.. the room service boy was looking so unhygienic that probably you would not taste the food or tea at all....
tea taste bad ...and you can find plenty of people sitting in reception area sitting all the time...
Not a place for the family to stay...

The service at the hotel is worst, staff behaves rudely and the quality of food is at it's worse. They don't offer amenities even at a basic a toothpaste. The uploaded pictures are of mini bar & hot water pot, which is full of fungi and dirty.

It was a nice experience with hotel ashirvad located in the heart of Mussoorie.. Services are great and staff was Co operative.. Front office persons are nice and ready to help us.. Hotel owner Mr. Goyal Ji is very good person help us our sight seen and suggest us awesome point of Mussoorie.. His new adventure park are awesome and very good location... Thanks and must visit again and again

Hotel receptionist is worst person to talk with and no solution even after complaining.
Light drips at night and no one there to listen, food was ok (Paneer masala) , view from hotel was good, except that everything was bad or worst kind of same thing.
Not recommendable to visit or to live in , and even lights were not working & was in fuse condition.
Swimming pool was dirty.
