This is only 2 stars hotel. About 500 meter to Karol Bagh Market. No shops around the hotel. Facility very old and smelly. Problem with hot shower all the time. Sometimes no water at all in the toilet.

This was the joining hotel for our trip in India, with Tucan Travel. We arrived a few days early and had plans to see what we could of Delhi. Unfortunately Pres. Obama was also visiting and a lot of roads were closed. The hotel is in a very neat part of Delhi and is just a few blocks walk to the metro, which is also very easy to use. The people in the hotel were very helpful with finding a car to rent for the day so we could see everything. While on our trip our house at home burnt to the ground, so we flew back to Delhi and were brought back to the Ashu Palace, The manager gave us a free meal and they all tried to console us while we were crying in the lobby. It was really one of the nicest things anyone has done for us ever. I cant say enough about the place.

stayed for a night with my family, experience was great. dont expexct 5 star facilities but very good in the budget range... staff very cooperative.. rooms are spacious. location is very close to karolbagh market.

Hotel staff was very helpful, they were very knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed.
Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast is not included in room rate - when I asked if they serve breakfast they replied that they do, but didn't mention that it is not included in room rate. After I ate they claimed payment.
There are no hot water at night (~midnight)

i was stayed 05-11-15 with my family for two night for tour. really it was very great experience there, nice, clean & big rooms. very help full staff, excellent food, a great value of money, i definitely recommend this hotel for pleasant stay to all people.
