I think the only hotel in Katra having swimming pool. Room was neat and clean. Try to take hill facing room. They provide free pick and drop facility to Bann Ganga. Restaurant offer good and quality food.

Usually was not sure of getting quality service hete,surprised, nice n caring staff.
Too belong too hospitality n tourism, it was indeed refreshing n enjoying.

Hotel Asia Vaishno devi, Katra is situated close to the bus stop, where you get Yatra Slips, walking distance from the only mall in city. Hotel claims 4 star I would say three star. Rooms were very nice and clean, Washrooms of family rooms were bit old fashioned. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I made an early check-in around 6 in the morning but they provided me the room and did not take extra charge. Morning breakfast was good, again staff was very courteous. Immediately arranged for things other than those provided in buffet. Room service was responsive. Immediately helped in which ever way it was required. Hotel provides to and fro car to ban ganga, it saves 600 bucks, to and fro. Over all very nice experience.

Rooms were good but the hotel services were really very poor..Nothing was available in the hotel.. whatever was demanded they made an excuse of shortage of guest or chefs for the non availability..even ice-creams were not available in the hotel..I am very much disappointed..

We stayed in this hotel on our visit to Maa Vaishno Devi this year. The rooms were very good, the bathrooms were old styled, means not really great....however still the overall experience of staying this hotel was great, may be because of the nice and friendly staff, nice hot Indian breakfast. We were 3 families and enjoyed our stay here. The children enjoyed the warm swimming pool and lush garden at the back, and view from there was very nice, showing Maa Vaishno Devi Bhavan and Trikuta hills.
