This hotel is not value for money if you are paying more than 900 Rs. Rooms are very old, AC is old and then they will give you medimix soap. Blankets pillow covers are not white , became grey in last 50 years.

I stayed there for 4 nights - 5 days in the pool side suite in Dec-16. Location of the hotel is very good. We were 4 of us. 2 Adults & 2 almost adult Children. Room is spacious and holds 4 people comfortably. Bathroom could be better maintained. Place felt safe and comfortable to stay with family. There were quite a few other families staying at the hotel as well. Staff is courteous. Restaurant is decent & food is good but slightly on the expensive side. Breakfast is complimentary and has decent options. The area as shown in front of the pool side is for real which seemed unlikely when we saw the pictures online. There is a building coming up close to the pool, I believe, is an extension of the hotel. That was the only eyesore but I believe it to be a short term eye-sore. Room service is also good & prompt. Check-out is based on when you check-in (24 hr). Wifi is charged but was given complimentary to us. I think they ought to include this as part of the package. Pricing is reasonable. I extended my stay last minute by a day & they charged me at the same rate as per my booking. Ample multi-storey parking available. Overall a good place to stay with family.

Had a function of my family today at platinum hall...food quality was awesome and staying is also comfortable....Specially thanks to DivanSingh chavan and staff team for being very cooperative and helpful all the time throughout the function....
I will definitely loved to visit again

The hotel seems to be stuck in 1950's or so - the furniture, the toilets, the rooms ,the reception, all are very much outdated. One of the very few hotels who want to charge extra for the Wi-Fi which is complimentary in most hotels now a days since this is an absolute essential feature for any business traveller.
Even after paying for the Wifi my laptop could not connect to the same so let go and their so called IT person also could not get it connected.
For this price you can get much better hotels in Aurangabad.

Rooms are spacious but not managed well. Very untidy. Room was stinking. Food was below average. Complimentary breakfast is provided. The least said about it the better.
Wi-Fi is charged at Rs.200 at a time when it is complimentary everywhere. Customer service is average.
Will consider it only as a last resort option.
