Shabby hotel and equally uncivilized staff.We booked the same online looking at good photos and attractive looking photos.But to our surprise the hotel is located inside the narrow lane and cab couldn't reach the hotel.You have to walk 50 metrs atleast with luggage.
After all this when you enter the hotel you immediately start getting sad feelings and by the time you check-in you become 100% sure that you have been chated by this hotel by showing exagerrated images and content.
I checked in and cheked out in just 2 hours as rooms are really horrible.They charged exorbitant price and would suggest not to stay even when free.

hi,, i stayed here in august n my stay was thr is good ,, the front office staff here is really so good always smiling n ready to help,, help us to get online yatra slip with no cost,, the food here is good ,, the only improvement i can advice is they have to look thr cleaning staff,, cleaning in rooms should be improoved. hotel location is near to bus stand ,, n they provide pick up n drop for banganga n railways station too.

Very good service of hotel rooms are also good in comparison to tariff they charge . Staff is also very supportive especially Mr. Mustaq Khan at reception always greet with smile and ready to help . Overall nice stay .

I went for 2 days. The stay was excellent, the staff is very cooperative, the rooms are very clean and tidy and all the services was at our one call. The best hotel in katra for a budget stay. I recommend this to all.

The Hotel is Average Category even they do not provide the services which they tell also behaviour of staff is very poor and when i talked with manager regarding all this matter they told that if u are gettting these services because of your amount
