Stayed here for a night during my business trip. The best thing about this hotels in the location. On MG road. Happening area with lots of shopping and eating options. Check-in and out was smooth. Room was spacious with extra sitting space. Need to improve on cleanliness. Washroom was clean but lacking with amenities. Basic room amenities are there. Breakfast spread was limited, basic and with low taste. Swimming pool was there on top, needed bit maintenance. Some pool side meeting was running at that time. Had a very comfortable sleep. Except food all other things was on its place. Best for business travellers.

I have not stayed here but conducted some full day workshops. The hotel is an average one. It has number of conference rooms to conduct workshops.But the upkeep requires improvements.
Food in the restaurant is also average and ordinary. But good for economical workshops with limited budgets.

This located is located on mg road pune and it’s very good located. This location is very good to travel pune and market are very near . We stayed here for 3 nights and rooms are good and they provide good service . It’s one of the oldest hotels in Pune and cheap are not so high compared to other

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Pune. But needs renovation. Paints are coming out in the washroom. Foul smell in the bedroom.
Bedrooms are large and staff are courteous. Swimming pool is also there on the top.
Located in the MG road so every thing is very close.

Sometimes you think that we are on a vacation and we just need a room to stay, a place where we can throw our bags and sleep at night and spend the rest of the day out so the room doesn't matter as much as the cost. And so we choose this hotel which was not the lowest but somewhere mid range. The experience was 1 we won't repeat. At 5 am in the morning on arrival from the airport, we were swindled by the lady manager who charged us much more than the regular cost (at 5 am in the morning after a sleepless night we had not much choice and didn't argue as just wanted a bed to sleep) but also the room was not maintained. So much that somebody had pissed around the commode in the toilet and it was not cleaned. The stench was unbearable and although we complained to the reception immediately they took time figuring out whether they should send up house keeping or somebody else and then we ended up paying somebody form house keeping to bring Dettol and clean the bathroom.
The choice of breakfast and quality is definitely not worth what you pay for. There are no toiletries in the bathroom and it seemed like maybe some staff was using the room when the room was vacant as there was left over salad in the fridge and nothing else.
The swimming pool has feathers and pigeon droppings in the water and I happened to meet somebody who joint as a member there to use the swimming pool for the convenience of its proximity to where he stays and he said than in last 10 years and more that he has been a member there and advised the management to maintain the pool better, they have never bother.
Anyways, it seems that for the same amount of money or a small amount more, there are much better hotels in Pune which you will have a better experience and peace of mind.
The only thing good about the place is the location since its within the main market place itself. Once would think that knowing that the hotel will attract a lot of people who come there for the location, the management could consider making a small investment to do up the place and make a decent name for themselves.
