So charming!
Emanuela883on 15/08/2017 11:01The hotel is at the beginning of the town. It is in the typical Dolomites style. I loved my room on the top floor newly renovated . The staff is great and the owner is very nice and they made your stay very pleasant. Have the croissants for breakfast !!!
Wonderful Hotel
Jonathan Fon 20/02/2016 19:05My son and I had a great week snowboarding in the Dolomites. It was made all the better by the wonderful family run hotel we stayed at. The staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming, the food was varied and of good to really good quality and the location is good. It is about a 15 minute walk to the gondola or there is the free ski bus from the hotel.
The facilities are great, the rooms clean and ours had a balcony with views down the valley.
We can't recommend it highly enough.
Nice italian mountain hotel
frankieboy_13on 19/08/2014 13:26It was my first stay at this hotel and I was quiet happy there.Mostly Italians who took their ferragosta vacation, nice staff , good breakfast and a really nice owner couple added to my comfort.I would choose this hotel again. Town center is a3min walk away so you can indulge in the good wines they offer all over the place. Mountaineering in the aerea is world famous and for all ranks of sportsmen, so bring your climbing or walking equipment
Ask to rent an Apartment!
wiggleshallon 27/01/2014 20:48We stayed in an apartment owned by the Hotel Azola which is just behind the hotel, in the Cesar Lamar building. The apartment was huge and excellent value for money. It was spotlessly clean. The hotel were very helpful - they were happy for us to use the sauna as the hotel was quiet. They also offered the use of the hotel shuttle bus. However the local ski bus is excellent and the bus stop just a short walk away on the main road. Canazei is a lovely town with plenty of shops to explore in the evening after skiing. We would definitely stay at this hotel or in the apartment again. The family who ran the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
Too small, not friendly
PatinItaly51on 04/08/2010 11:04I had read reviews and choose this hotel. The desk people, who were part of the family, weren't very friendly and it was hard to find them available. Food good. Cleanliness perfect. Dining room very small. Tables almost on top of each other. Small the common reception area and few places to sit meaning that you are almost forced to stay in your room. Door closes at 11 p.m. Breakfast not served after 9. Missed having a swimming pool after long day of trekking. There are so many beautiful new hotels in Canazei that I will choose another one next time.
