Property was extremely nice, staff was excellent, rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the breakfast buffet was probably the best we had while in Peru. An excellent hotel. Wish we had more time there

This is a charming boutique hotel, a converted mansion, the staff eager to please, the design wonderful, much interesting art on display. Our bedroom was lovely, the facilities superb, the breakfast memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely place in a fine neighborhood. The view from the roof is splendid.

This fantastic hotel located in the bohemian barranco district is boutique at its best .The staff were impeccable and friendly.It only has small number of rooms.The in room dining was stunning and best ever had .

Food: very delicious. daily breakfast and afternoon tea (changes each day) are included. Afternoon tea is not only sandwiches, but also full-on buffet desserts. Chef is very accommodating to what you prefer and always try to pop a surprise here and there. You are also free to eat either in the bar, in the dining room, or in your own rom.
Service: Superb from front desk to room service. Restaurant service: Hector from the restaurant has always been so accommodating and helpful. The lovely girl in the restaurant each morning is also wonderful. Not the in-your-face service, but always available when you need them.
Decor: Amazingly artsy, but nothing too grand or stressful. Simple artworks. Furnitures are wonderful along with good beddings. You feel at home.
Wi-Fi: surprisingly pretty fast, and this is a bargain in Lima! If it becomes slow, just call the front desk, and Wi-Fi can be rebooted back to speed.

This charmingly restored beach house circa 1814 is situated in the middle of Barranco, the best place to stay in Lima. We were given an awesome room in the original part of the house with a huge balcony. The room was perfectly appointed; our only quibble was the lack of truly hot water.
The staff were very agreeable and accommodating. The house and its history are fascinating, and the surrounding area well worth a half days walk around. They give you s fun map to help!
