The hotel was centrally located to explore Shimla on foot. The manager and his team could not have been more helpful. Our room on the fourth floor was next to the breakfast room and the main restaurant was on a mezzanine floor above the reception. The lift was inclined to travel from 0 to 4 of its own accord but always got there in the end.
The room was well appointed and the manager took time out to join us to the wifi. The evening meals were very good and the service attentive. Breakfast comprised fruit, omelettes or iddies and was perfectly fine.
The staff advised us how to access The Mall on foot via a public staircase behind the hotel.
We gained the impression that European guests were a rarity and the staff went out of their way to make us welcome. When we left the card machine didn't accept our card so I paid by cash which wasn't a particular problem.

Room was perfect and spacious..... With all requirements full filled..... Service was excellent by Mr Rajendra, Mr Darmendra, &. Mr Ravi.... Food was awesome.... All points to chef.....
We would like to come back.....

It was amazing stay at Baljees Regency...Very nice service by Mr Ravinder, Mr Rajendra and Mr Dharmendra..All staff members are very co-operative and remain on toes for service everytime. We enjoyed a lot in hotel.

Food quality also excellent, great variety, would really love to recommend and also again for this service to be host by baljees nice one.
And yes I am very happy with all staff who arranged for decorating interior of hotel.
