Highly regret that you dnt keep with vulber commitments.
I had book this hotel in month July to visit during diwali October.
The driver which was send for Pick up was pathetic.
He asked us Rs 200 on one toll whereas the charges were just Rs 30.
On argument we told him once car rent is fixed it includes toll charges too.
Then he paid us back Rs100.
Definitely not recommended to travel.
On my arrival I was asked to pay more than negotiated amount over telephonic conversation.
As they denied to promise me such fares against my confirmation booking mail reply.
Finally were humanity doesn't exist we shud always walk out. This is exactly what we did.
Highly recommended good hotels in vicinity half the price than balwas which in no ways in hospitality sounds international .

Hotel Balwas International Location wise its situated in perfect place.Hotel is clean and tidy . Breakfast is avoidable better to order in room,No electric kettle in room to make tea. In short you dont get value for money.

I choose this place as I got a fantastic deal with OYO rooms. This is a OYO premium property as listed. The hotel is situated in a locality where everything is available at a walk able distance. That is the first advantage. The hotel is maintained very well. There is enough parking space, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. From the look of the reception one might think that it will not be good, but on the contrary it is a excellent place to stay. All necessary aspects for a comfort stay for a short period is available at the hotel. There is a veg and non veg restaurant in the ground floor. The room service was quick and fast as well. The prices were also affordable. Though there is no dedicated travel desk, the reception folks are willing to help and they helped me get an auto to the airport. The airport is around 15 to 20 minutes from this place. The shopping nearby has it all. There is a big mall at a walking distance and most shopping can be done in and around the area. Excellent value for money hotel. The wifi was also very good.

I was supposed to take a bus from Geeta Bhavan to Bhopal, but somehow next available seat on a bus was almost after 90 minutes. So rather that staying in Bhopal for the night, i decided to be in Indore and i checked the OYO.
Oyo is always my go to aggregate for budget last minute stays and this hotel was nearby, i got it very cheap, in fact sub-1500/-. I was expecting that hotel shall be small and sub-par and keeping my fingers crossed for cleanliness. When i checked in, i was pleasantly surprised.
** Good presence of hotel building, with auto walas clearly knowing the place.
** Very central location with markets nearby.
** What i found good is good behavior of staff and clean rooms.
And you know, what was a delight - their restaurant. I ordered egg curry and garlic naan, promptly they served piping hot meal and the taste was awesome, just like i had asked them. When i enquired and found many people fetching food parcels, i got to know that their restaturant is famous for non-vegetarian food, next time i would definitely try those.
One suggestion to management is that please look at the dress of attendants, does not look spic and span.
A must stay, super budget place with awesome food served in their restaurant.
