Don’t judge the book by its cover. The rooms are good as compared to exteriors.
In June the place came under OYO rooms and was under renovation while my stay.

Situated right next to Bandra local station and surrounded with many local street vendors one can enjoy local delicacies easily.
Auto's are also available easily.

The hotel is just next to BANDRA STATION. RESIDENCY . It attracts a lot of noise as it falls parallel in line with the railway tracks of western line. The clean up Marshall's ahead are a big nuisance. So be careful in case you are a traveller and caught by these people in the jurisdiction of the railway DO take them straight to the station masters cabin as many if the clean up Marshall's extort money they even dont wear their uniform and catch people for even a simple cold and cough. Please call police if you are harassed. Next to the hotel you have sahakari Bhandhar, lot of veg, Nineveh eatery joint. To relish at a cheaper rate your tastebuds. Auto guys loot people at the station so please use an auto stand at the station as you won't get robbed. Happy stay at bandra

Location of the hotel is excellent. Fairly close to lower parel and Worli. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Bandra is home to various eateries and night life. A hotel that is value for money. It is literally very difficult to find a decent hotel within this range. Inspite of it being located very near Bandra West railway station, the hotel inside is fairly quiet.

I have stayed in your property 9002- Hotel Bandra Residency during 31st July 2017 to 3rd Aug 2017.
I have booked through online but pay at the time of check in, before Check In when see rooms it was totally disaster as it's shown on website , as I was on official trip I request for one day to stay but staff refuse to do she clearly said you have to stay for complete duration otherwise look for another property.
I made entire payment bcz I have no choice as I am short of time for working .
Ceiling was leaking , A.c. was not working , no kettle , no tea coffee, even no water bottle , room was quiet nasty . It was complete disaster .
We order for snacks & tea -coffee , sandwiches was dry as like old one , coffee was served in white glass as like road side shop, tea was cold and of no taste.cutlary was wet during serving all together this menu-861rs.
During my stay I order 2 times tea always come in bad way. I ask for hot water in cattle it was mosquito dead in water and seems like gutter water.
One of staff on day one & two use to come and call me and leaving his mobile with nasty xxx clipping running.
OVER ALL I SAY ITS BETTER TO STAY IN RAILWAY DOORMATORY BESIDES STAYING IN OYO ROOMS , YOU CAN COPY CONCEPTS OF MNC HOTELS BUT CAN'T BE MAINTAIN STANDARD LIKE THAT.
I WOULD SUGGEST TO ALL DON'T WVER STAY IN HORRIBLE PROPERTIES OF OYO AND STAFF IS SO UNHOSPITLIZE.

We were looking for a budget hotel in Bandra area and this was what we came to. It's a little dingy place but for a budget stay it was fine. It had all the basic things though the walls were almost falling apart. There was a slight humid scent in the room.. Like one of dampness and seepage.
Then we had another room which was somewhat better it has a new ac which was very powerful for that little room.but I guess thats the size of rooms you get on Bombay and that you shouldn't expect much more. It's one of the most expensive places to live in.
Very well located this hotel is. If you're using the trains it's just out of Bandra station and and trains connect you to everything. So that ways it was convenient. Rooms weren't all that bad also. Stay able.
